coughing is the first sign of an attack, together with back pain that feels like muscle pain, but really is lung pain. you might notice that you hold up your shoulders and have to force yourself to relax them.

you have to try out the coffee and amount of caffeine though.. every body is different!

allergy testing sucks! you have to take a week off.. really, a week. ugh.

if you are allergic to something, it takes a week to recover from the test and you might have to stay in the hospital for 3 days. if no allergy is found, it takes you a day..
