Haunted

My air conditioner is haunted unless it's on some setting where it has to turn on if my room is a certain temperature. I leave it turned off but it'll magically turn on and as soon as I stand up to check the thermostat, it turns off. Scary. Why can't I have some female ghost that likes to please me sexually haunt me?
