I’m gon’ be working past midnight, but I’ll be around town and I’ll see the degrees of celebration: from ghouls and ghosts and flashing skulls in the front yard to nothin’ at all (like my house).

How is/was your Halloween? Didja make a Halloween tree? Do you have your place totally decked out for the Dread Candy Day, when children take to the streets and demand candy from strangers in Frankenstein outfits?

Or do you hate Halloween?

i'm going to be at home sitting on my damn big arse.........i don't really love halloween..............but for those of you that do i insist on you all taking pictures.

I'm not a big "over advertized holiday" fan myself...most are just hype to sell crap.
But this one is cute at least cuz you get to see some reaaallllly cute 'lil kids having fun.

Think its gonna rain tonight...so public astronomy is out for tonight...darn...consoled that it is helping So. Cal fire problems.

we have kids coming for candy at november 11th, we call it Sint Maarten. kids have to sing a song for the people that open the door, and then get some candy.

it's so stupid!

My roommate asked me if I dressed up as a whore for Halloween. That wasn't very nice. I think I will evict his ass. But then, who will mow the grass?

welllll...look at that comment this way...Perhaps he meant that for you, dressing as a whore would be a costume.
It's not as if your roomy said..."You don't need a costume...go as a whore".

Just wondering if there is a silver lining to your roomy's comment somewhere??? But of course you know the cad better...perhaps eviction is appropriate if the comment is part of a recognized pattern from him.

I still feel justified in booting his no rent paying ass out. But this still leaves the question, who will mow the grass? Maybe I could get a couple of goats???? Please advise.

Throw the bum's stuff out on the lawn...he will stomp the grass down a bit picking all the his crap up...giving you time to find a sweet responsible new roomate that won't try to get into your pants unless you want him to.

Hire some kid to mow the lawn in the future. They work cheap.
