how do you guys eat spaghetti, officially? when you're having a formal dinner, or are dining in a fancy restaurant?

do you eat with fork and/or knife and/or spoon?

in what hand do you hold what piece of cutlery?

what's the technique of transferring the spaghetti from your plate to your mouth?

personally, i hold a fork in my left hand, and a spoon in my right. i twist the spaghetti in the spoon, then eat the spaghetti from the spoon.

what's your way? i'm just curious, different countries, different ways!
