Well....I guess that is New York! Crazy! Who in their right mind would pay $40,000 a month to rent? Maybe if you are a doctor or in show biz you could afford that.

Nice thing about being in Grand Rapids, is real estate is cheap, but, then, the salaries are not that great. Real estate usually follows what earning power is.
