Anyone available to create online interactive toys/drawing programs?

Greetings all! I am new here and am looking for some ready and able talent..hope someone here can point me in the right direction.
I am looking to add some custom programs to my site simular to what Ze has done with his drawing programs and interactive toys and such. My website is heavy on art, and I thought it would be great to have some fun things like a drawing board or memory game created with my characters integrated.
I did contact Ze about this but haven't heard anything from him, so I guess that's a "no"..which is cool, I am ready to take a look at what anyone else out there can do.
And yes, I am quite willing to pay you for your time. I'd like to see what you have done, you can contact me at serafinsgirl@yahoo.com and give me some links to your work.
If any of you are familiar with Plastically.org, this is what I am looking for...although the site currently isnt working..it's a community drawing board where several people at once can draw.
