Research on mice could not prove that eating before sleep had anything to do with weight gain.

So if you are a mouse you are safe to eat whenever you want!

The rabbits around my place eat at night and they are very fat. Maybe it depends on the shape of the ears?

A good piece of advice I received lately: when you've been out for a few drinks and you feel hungry, your body is actually craving water. Drink a couple of pints, it'll fill up your stomach and also rehydrate you. Then you're head doesn't feel so bad in morning too.

Good good good.

My trainer said not to eat carbs after 6pm. But I think he is a fascist bastard, so what does he know?

Butter = better for you than transfatty margarine.

yeah, butter is supposed to be better than margarine, but margarine just tastes so much better.

Aw I love butter. LOVE it! And bacon. And the crispy skin off a roasted duck that's all fatty and shiny and brown.

Er... anyway. My ex has a theory that eating cheese at night will produce very weird Salvador Dali - esque dreams. I do it sometimes to see if I can make my dreams really out there but it hasn't worked yet.

I almost never eat dinner. Breakfast and lunch is it. I generally don't eat past 5:00 unless I am on vacation, or on the rare occasion get a dinner date. I find if I have a big meal at night, it makes it hard for me to sleep. I have been this way since high school. Maybe just in my head? Who knows. You have to do what works for you.
