bottom line is, the BCS was the system that all schools signed on to determine the national champion. LSU won the BCS system, as previously agreed to by all schools, so there should be absolutely no debate now just b/c the media darlings didn't win it. if it was reversed, and LSU was the AP #1 (which of course would never happen b/c LSU is in the south and plays in the SEC) and USC won the BCS, everyone in the media would be saying exactly what i'm saying now.

so USCfan, you can suck it.

edited to add: and if lou holtz (coincidentally the coach of the University of South Carolina) was actually one of the coaches to vote against LSU in the coaches' poll, he should be burned at the stake b/c that's a pure slap at your conference and your brethren. i hate florida, alabama, and auburn more than anyone, but if they were playing for the national title, i would be the most ardent fan they had on that particular day b/c they play in LSU's conference.

so gamecockfan, you can suck it as well.
