This is borderline illegal
He is loved and feared in Phoinex, nobody will run against him. I remember a while back, he had webcams in the jail, you could watch all the people they bring in and book...they made him take it down because it was an invasion of privacy. All the jumpsuits in the male prison are pink, and there is a big pink neon vacancy sign on the guard tower! I love this guy....
