Passover info

Ok, I am Christian and my Jewish friend from Israel is coming over in April to spend some time with me. She is coming right when Passover begins...

I am familiar with some things about Passover, but wondering what things I can do to make her stay comfortable. So I see how Seder is done (but she is having that with another family before she comes visit me) but what happens for the rest of Passover? What happens when it ends? When does it end? I know she wants to keep kosher, so what can I serve her? What else can I do?

She makes this awesome matzo cake with matzos and chocolate, by the way, and I can't wait to have it!

How can I be a good hostess to her?

keep the bun in the oven until after passover-- along with the rams blood/doorsill thing, they're very fond of sacrifices too....

maybe some chocolate covered locusts to get into the whole 'plagues' motif?
