i fix laptops for students in the business school. (mba's are issued dell laptops and when they get messed up they bring em to us and me and my coworkers fix software problems and our bosses fix hardware problems)

it's hard to keep a straight face. vast majority of the business students = arrogant, abrasive, cocky. but maybe that's bc they feel challenged/defensive bc their computers are broken
