Con Edison buzzing me at 10 am; apparently this apartment DOESN'T include electric .. and my landlord hadn't paid electric prior to me moving for a period of a year.
I thought it was some freak at the door trying to get someone to buzz him in. Woke me up out of a dead sleep. Now I owe two months electric, when I thought it was covered. Hopefully they won't try to nail me for the previous year, because that could be long and messy to get fixed. And apparently it's in the $1,000s that they owe. Ah well, it could have been more months. Hopefully it won't be too bad.  |

The fact that the cafeteria here is so freakin' overpriced (with the exception of Pizza Day, when you can get a 10" pizza and a drink for $5.25 - add a little green salad & you can have a nice meal for about $6.50).
