You and NYC are very good researchers. Yep, that is them. I remember as a child being very excited when that toon came on. I recently saw the same cartoon again and thinking "WTF, that use to entertain me?"

On a similar note, Dexter's Laboratory did a spoof of Wonder Twins once. Can't remember the title but Dexter and Dee Dee go around trying to be the Wonder Twins and causing havoc.
