I heard on the news this morning that some legislators want to replace FDR's face on the dime with ronnie's or replace Alexander Hamilton's face on the ten with his face or Andrew Jackson's face with his on the twenty.

This is just ridiculous.

WTF are they thinking?? They changed the name of Cape Canaveral for several years to Cape Kennedy; even that didn't work out . ('63-'73) Point being: find something new to name after someone, don't rename something or just leave well enough alone.
Leave the farking money alone; it isn't like they haven't screwed it up bad enough as it is!

Besides the fact, reagan is one of the main reasons none of us have any money!!!

if they do it they should change the $100. how often do we see those? then we could use them while we're "just saying no" to cocaine.

Legaleeze - they cant put his face on paper money except by majority vote in both houses, but they can put it on coins is the treasury feels like it.

I heard about exchanging his face for FDR's on the dime. Nancy nixed that idea and said that RR was proud of the fact that he had voted for FDR in all three elections.
Andy was just as bad a prez as Ronnie. He was in office during the Trail of Tears among other indignities heaped on our indigent peoples. This he did to tribes who had helped him during the War of 1812. Kinda makes him the George Bush (Either one) of his day...

I say, put it on a $500 bill, or the $1000, as that's just like the hundreds used to be worth, once upon a time.

Why the hell do they spend millions on new stuff anyway? Couldn't they feed people with that money? Or start more wars? Or buy some gas from Iraq? Funnel it into the throat of Haliburton? OOOOO don't get me started!
