My husband started nagging me a bit ago about a minor but seemingly unsolvable matter that' s been discussed way past the point of meaningful discourse (as in, here we farkin' go for the ten millionth time) and I stuck my fingers in my ears, started babbling "LALALALALALALA" (nothing personal, Lala) and walked away from him. It made him laugh. That's fortunate, because I meant it!

What's the most childish/childlike/immature thing you've done recently? Ever?

More of a response to am immature thing but:

My car broke down and the person behind started honking her horn repeatedly. I got out of my car and said to her "Why don't I hold that for you while you fix my car?"

Pure brilliance under fire.

You know when you're a kid and you're in the back of the car and you poke your sister/brother with your index finger until they scream for mom and dad?

Yeah. I do that to D all the time. But I do it when he least expects it.

i like to come up behind people when they are talking and poke them in the side. just enough to make them jump. its great. i love it!
