the pictures dont shock me, but i find it hard to believe that they can bitch about prison treatment after what they've been doing to our civilians.

My heart goes out to his family. I read an interview done with his wife who is Thai and in Saudi Arabia. I hope she is not alone and there are people there to support her.
How do we win against terrorists, against people that are not afraid to die? I don't see a way. |

My coworker says the only way we'd have any chance against the terrorists is to somehow make them ashamed... how, not sure... but to somehow work with their religious beliefs. Many of them are doing what they're doing because they think Allah is going to reward them somehow, in their twisted interpretation of the Koran. If they could somehow be made to see how horrific their actions were... but how to do that?
