Legal Advice needed!
Ok so a friend of mine has a brother who is big into drugs. Hes had counselling and all that stuff. The parents know he does it. And today he found something in a baggie that *might* actually be heroin, but hes's not sure. It isn't marijuana because that is obvious, he did a a google search for heroin and it kinda looks like it...what do you think I should do?
If he calls the police on his brother who is still living in his parents home what are the ramifications of it?
