Yours truly is cooking . No, you didn't read that wrong. I'm actually cooking .
I know, call the local fire department. Haw haw haw. Seriously though, I'm trying a friend's recipe for ginger chicken (& when she makes it, it's awesome). Funny things you do when you're in the mood. Hmmm. Let me think about that for a second...   I'll let you know how it turns out. 3 minutes & counting! Pax, LC
