I honestly don't know what to tell you except that cops can freaking find something better to do than hand out tickets and harass people with tickets.

My husband got his first ticket ever a few weeks ago. To the tune of $402!!! For what you ask? Stunting. That's what they call it when you take a turn and your tires slightly squeel when you take a corner. He's fighting it. Good luck with everything with your boyfriend though.
