Hey Beale!
Did you know that when I was on vacation, I could not find ONE PLACE where I could get sweet tea up north? I had to go to somebody's house, after I'd gone and bought a box of Lipton's, use their coffeemaker and put it in a thermos for myself!
McDonalds hands you two packets of sugar to go in iced tea...what's with that? Don't they realize that the coke they serve is 1/3 sugar? How in the blue blazes would their half a teaspoon/2packet thing do? I know the packet of sweet and lo would work, but it still tastes funny. Geez, you ask for a sweet tea here and you'd go straight into a diabetic coma with the amount of sugar they put in...One time i drove away from one ff restaurant, took a sip, poured half of it out, and went straight to Mcd's for a fillup of regular! And grits? What the hell is wrong with those people, its not like they don't grow corn there. |

I get a kick out of all the Yankee transplants who come to work for us.
They go into the Canteen for breakfast and refuse to eat grits for the first three months they're here. After that, they can't get enough of 'em! Then they go on to cheese grits! Worse than going from marijuana to heroin.  The Southern United States are one of the last places on earth where cigarettes and greasy breakfasts are still good for you! |

A Recipe
Sweet Tea
Ingredients Five gallons of water One (1) 5lb bag of sugar One (1) tea bag (any kind) Instructions 1) Make a cup of tea with the tea bag and one cup of the water 2) Boil one gallon of the rest of the water 3) Dissolve the sugar into the boiling water 4) Pour sugar mixture into the other 3 15/16 gallons of water 5) Season to taste with the cup of tea Serve over ice with insulin
