Here's what you do:

You want mac 'n' cheese, but you haven't got any milk. However, you have some sour cream and ham and cheddar. So you boil up the mac, pour off a lot of the water, put some butter in, sprinkle the cheese powder, boil it 'til it's creamy, then stir in some sour cream and cheddar chunks and chopped ham.

it's good food with beer.
