Question What do you think?

There is this girl that I work with, & for a few weeks now she's been complaining about the job, certain other people that we work with, etc.

I asked her yesterday if she'd be willing to speak to our boss , & she said no. (I asked this because in my opinion, our boss is very approachable & will listen to any concerns that we have.)

Today she's in a really pissy mood, & I'm frankly getting tired of listening to her complain. I'd say something to her, but she & I get along ok, & I'd really not like to jeopardize it.

Maybe it all comes down to work ethics, & who really has them or not. All I know is that it drives me crazy when seeing this type of crap going on. (On an interesting side note, one of her aunts, who essentially got her the job, & one of her sisters used to work here, but they both walked out w/out giving two weeks notice. To me, that's a shitty & rude thing to do; but it would depend on the situation, I suppose.)

Part of me wants to go to the boss & tell her what's going on (she might have a clue already, 'cuz she certainly isn't an idiot), but the other part of me doesn't want to be a tattler either.

What would you do, & what do you think?

Pax,
LC
