Opinions about first issue of Our Wave

I am going to send my little project rolling next week as we print our first issue of the newspaper my friend and I have created. I would love your opinions good or bad and would love some more sugguestions. The idea is that the papers content will be generated by the locals of the area and not that much from myself or my partner. The web site is a little week, but I have plans for some interns from the local Graphic Design school nearby to help out on that end as well as print production. The down load link for the paper has not been updated to show that the papers last update is from 9/15 or that it is now 5.2 Mgs, so those with dial-up may find a bit of a wait. Let me hear what you think.
