Beale,

Quick question....

A friend of mine is being dragged back to court for a custody issue. Her attorney keeps rescheduling the court date and charging her $350 a pop. Now, I don't think she shoud pay him, because he is the one rescheduling. What do you think? I mean she is willing and ready to show up and he does not. Should she pay this farker?
