Should I be concerned?

I went to open a file from Photoshop® and noticed that instead of giving me the hard drive or desktop it was going through a server name "OOzy". I freaked, and quit the program and did it again but could not find any reference to that server againg.
Do you think someone was hacking into my MAC. I thought it was impossible. Is it time set up a fire wall?
