What I don't get is that people who want to vote for him are quiet about their choice ...

... even on republican message boards, they don't "fess up" to what way they'll vote ... I don't get that.

Maybe they are of the "the devil you know is better than the one you don't" variety.

Can't argue with logic.

Afraid.

None so blind as those who won't see.

Shall I go on?

I know some folks that are totall bush supporters, but won't back it up. They are going to vote for him no matter what. I don't get it either.

I just wish more people would vote. I heard that 40 million women in the USA don't vote.

Whats up with that?!

Unhappy

My mother & stepfather are strong Bush supporters, right down to the lawn sign. Me? I like my White House like I like my porn: No Bush, please.

If anyone would like their phone number, to ask them why they are voting that way, Please PM me & I will be happy to give you their number.

The only point they've made to me that I agree with is this:

The entire 8 years Clinton was in office, my stepdad never got a raise in his Military Pay. Not once. That was one of the first things Georgie Porgie did. Ok. I can respect that. But that is the only thing.

When Dick Cheney's heart problems came up about a month ago, I made a snide comment that I hoped his heart gave out. My stepdad made the snide comment that he hoped my kidneys gave out.

The election is a subject we try & stay away from now, since my mother screamed at both of us.

Odd. I remember the pay rate increasing every year. That's why they published a new pay scale every year. I remember them being somewhat lower raises than what was typical, but we did get raises.
