To add to what we have been previously discussing. . . which is going to a gym and water aerobics I was thinking about what people prefer. Now I've tried yoga and pilates but I'm ashamed to admit that I like work-out tapes that are high energy. Like Cardio-kick boxing and Cardio Salsa. Are you a more yoga person or bouncy work out person?

I have no desire to go near yoga. Friends have recommended it to me but I'm totally not interested. I am enjoying the gym work out. With the weights and the elliptical trainer! Yeah!!
