Definition:
[n] grasping the inner nature of things intuitively [n] clear or deep perception of a situation [n] the clear (and often sudden) understanding of a complex situation [n] a feeling of understanding All of us have insights from time to time, often using them to guide us. We realize that we're doing something we shouldn't, or that a risk needs to be taken. Some insights are fleeting; some we carry around forever and wonder what we did without them. Some we ignore, some we can't, and some we search for fruitlessly. Like a planaria, I tend to develop insight best in response to pain. Other people need leisure and pleasure to incubate the germs of their insights. Had any lately? Or remember any good ones?
