I'm GatsbyGirl because

1. I'm a girl (woman), and

2. My cat's name is Gatsby, so I just decided to go with it.

I named him Gatsby not because the Great Gatsby is my favorite novel (although I do love FSF), but because he's a social climber of dubious background, son of a promiscuous absent mother and an anonymous father, who's landed himself in the lap of luxury, who is reckless, destructive, and utterly without gratitude.
