It's close here in Ohio. There are entire neighborhoods divided in battle. Keep your fingers crossed that the silent people, the people without yard signs and sound bites and statistics, are going to go out and quietly swing the vote.

School rush hour In front of my kids Middle School this morning (18 degrees

), "Give the Boot to Bush, Veterans for Kerry" table w/signs and guy waving at traffic... across the street a lady w/a Choose Life t-shirt, "Fight Terrorism, Vote Republican!" sign and a MEGAPHONE yelling "Vote Bush, Save America, Vote Bush!"

BTW, my 3rd grader voted for Snoopy in her school's mock election yesterday
