OMG for real!
OMG, you guys!
My husband, the REGISTERED REPUBLICAN, just came home and announced that he voted for Kerry! Next the Devil will go by on ice skates, I suppose! WHOOPEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!! And we live in Ohio, so this is even more important. I am so happy. All my bitching and yammering -- oops, I mean, my educational efforts -- paid off!!!!

Saw an article in the paper the other day, we're actually gonna have hockey in jacksonville!
I think I posted elsewhere that Ron Duguay is part owner and coach of our team...  My sister has had a major crush on Ron Duguay since he was with the Rangers in the late 80's. I invited her down to watch a few games since Atlanta will suffer through the lcokout... |

Duguay is a bit of all right.
We're going to see a Cleveland Barons game tonight. Gotta do something to fill in the gaps during the lockout. I am so happy with my husband right now about voting for Kerry that anything we do is gonna be great. Hell, I'd go to the ballet with him if he insisted. (Thankfully, he will not -- at least we're both hockey fans. heh heh heh)

What's wrong with the ballet? If you don't like it you can close your eyes and enjoy the music!
I am bound and determined to go to a Jacksonville Symphony concert this year. And more than one Barracudas game! |

Hockey in Jacksonville? What the hell next? We were in Florida during the Stanley Cup playoffs in 1990, and couldn't find the SCORES anywhere. Now Florida has TEAMS, and I'm not supposed to laugh? It's a bit much.
