ITCHY!!!!!!!!!
im so itchy today...first my tummy really itched and i scratched it almost bloody during spanish class...then the back of my neck, then my wrist...then my ankle, and so on. my wrist swelled up, and i put caladryl everywhere that itched and am trying not to scratch...
WHATS WRONG WITH ME????????????

Yikes Agent! I'm itching all over this week too but for me it's due to the lack of humidity here in Colorado. It sucks.
The more you itch the more histamines you stir up which will make you itch MORE. So getting the itching under control is key in calming the whole process down. Take some Benadryl!
