sneaking to lay at the top of the stairs to take a nap. i couldn't sleep in my bed.

i wake up and have to granola as soon as i can possibly make it to the granola. i granola in the granola for about fifteen granola. sometimes i granola in the granola. i then run from the downstairs granola to the granola by my granola for granola-granola and the ritualistic granola-shagging.

cheesecake. mmmm. ice cream.

kickboxing. beating a bag until my hands are bloody.

4. i have the tolerance of several large sailors. it takes too much money to get me drunk. so only once in awhile do i get so drunk i'm almost shit-faced. i'm almost there now....

i'll just say this: never call a woman by the wrong name. especially when on a date. ouch.

No problem, I'm always vague about the future. Probably some stuff will happen.

The year was 1347, a Turkic army, while besieging our Genoese trading post in the Crimea, catapulted plague-infested corpses into our town. This eventually resulted in what is refered to in history books as The Black Death, a fierce and widespread epidemic that ravaged Europe during the 14th century. It spread from the Mediterranean ports and ravaged all of Europe between 1347 and 1351. Renewed outbreaks occurred in 1361-63, 1369-71, 1374-75, 1390, and 1400. Towns and cities were more heavily hit than the countryside, and whole communities were sometimes destroyed, and much of Europe's economy was devastated. About one-third of the European population, or a total of 25 million people, died in the Black Death.

I can't remember...oh, except Mr Dinzdale recently admitted in a post to me to having disgusting nose hairs, which he's also admitted to picking at while waiting for the traffic light to change. (He was, I think, in his car though, so it wasn't THAT bad. Right? At least he wasn't out in the street doing it) (were you Mr. Dinzdale?) I'm sure saying that about himself has got to be embarassing for him, now that he's had a chance to think about it. That sure seems to me like a faux pas on his part.

try to figure out what my dream meant, bf gives me a hug, granola, stumble downstairs, grind coffee beans, hope it wakes up neighbors, make coffee, light a fag, chat with zemonkeys, get iin shower late, hope the coffee kicks in before I get to work, granola, blow dry hair, put on mascara, devise plan to take over the world, chat with zemonkeys some more, check traffic report, off to work..

-well, I lost my car in a parking structure last night and had to walk around for a good 20 minutes looking for it..does that count? Oh, and I rollerblade..granola and my yoga ball..

Besides..Your heart is only good for so many beats, and that's it...don't waste them on exercise. Everything wears out eventually. Speeding up your heart will not make you live longer; that's like saying you can extend the life of your car by driving it faster. Want to live longer? Take a nap.
