Today here in Edmonton we have a HIGH of -19, Zaftig. I wore a balaclava, full body snowsuit, insulated leather mitts, and heavily lined boots to shovel. My fingers still ended up hurting quite a bit from the cold.

It's considered northern Alberta, in Albertan parlance. Red Deer is central Alberta, and everything south is southern Alberta.

Yeah, it's just a teenie bit warmer. At least the sun is out but it's blinding.
I feel bad, Sim is on the delivery trucks today packing drywall. He came home for lunch and the frozen bag of chicken nuggets felt warm to him.
