If there isn't there ought to be.

The perfect product if you hate clowns! You can feel like you are eating their souls with each delicious bite.

Barbie cakes are cool.

You know, I have always wanted to learn how to make fancy cakes. As a kid I used to take the Wilton books out at the library and pore over them. My most ambitious creations to date have been a dog cake for my daughter's kindergarten graduation, and a mouse cake (with wheels of cake "cheese") for a party. I think this year I'll get a book and some proper equipment and take it on. If it doesn't work out I can always eat the evidence.

It's something I've been interesting in as well but the last time I made a sheet cake there was a masacre and I gave up.

There was an amazing woman at my church back home. She was the Bishop's wife and could make any cake perfectly. I always wondered how she could have 6 children, adopt two more, teach classes, keep a huge home clean and have a beautiful wedding cake made by the end of the day and still look perfect. I later learned that she put her husband through law school making wedding cakes. Go figure.

Try this for cake building techniques.
