Does anyone else.......???
Still have their Christmas tree up?
And if so, do you still turn the lights on? I don't think I am going to have the energy to get rid of this thing until the weekend..... ![]()

It's the traditional end of the Christmas season - Mad called it Three Kings night - the Epiphany. Decs are supposed to come down that night or it's bad luck. not that I believe in luck but I don't want any more thank you very much...

Little known fact: Christmas starts the 12 days of christmas. It took them kings a while to find the little bugger... apparently he was hiding out in a manger or something.
Our tree is still up. We'll probably de-christmasify on sunday and then figure out which old toys we're going to donate in order to make room for all the new crap..er much-appreciated and generous gifts. grumble grumble molded plastic grumble grumble

Actually, some scientists and researchers believe that Christ was born about four years before his reported birth, in April, and that it took the three kings about three months to reach their destination, using a planet (Jupiter or Saturn, I forget which) to direct them. I like the idea of Christmas in April. ![]()
