From what I understand, the fog was unexpected. People were driving along, and those interviewed said it seemed to come out of no where. Hey, but people should have expected it because it was very warm (about 50 degrees) and raining, and the snow was rapidly melting.

Finally! A chance for all those knobs who drive around with their fog lights on when there's no fog because they want you to see that their vehicle has fog lights, TO USE THE FOG LIGHTS!
