So i went to do my laundry today, nice day, kind of sunny out a little cold. I dont see the sunlight too often anymore so i was in a good mood.
Go downtown, park my car and throw my clothes in the wash. Depart from there to go grab some lunch at the pub next door - while i wait.
As i come back, i take my clothes out of the washer and throw them in the dryer........and notice that theres a girl whos looking at me while shes doing the same thing. We exchange glances, i continue putting my stuff away and leave for another beer next door.

I come back 40 mins later, and shes still folding laundry only this time beside mine. As i am taking my warm clothes out of the dryer, we start talking smalltalk, shes cute, about 20'ish a university student...there with her room mates kind of deal. As im folding laundry, ........as a kid i used to love the smell of fresh warm laundry out of the dryer. I remember id grab it in heaps and shove my face in it because it was so warm and smelled so fresh...id even try and climb in the dryer until my father grabbed me around the waist and tossed me out of it.
So i still to this day, enjoy the smell of fresh laundry out of the dryer.

So as we are talking - im folding, shes folding. She is right in the middle of a sentence about what she is taking in school, when i unintentionally pick up an article of clothing that is still warm, as im nodding to her story, and hold it up to my face/nose and breathe in... like i used to when i was a kid.
Then, i set it back down and continued to fold. I wondered why she paused in her story, until i looked down and had realized that i picked up a pair of my own boxer shorts and sniffed them while having this stupid smile on my face while listening to her story and nodding along. Not only that, but im almost positive if was the crotch part.

She finished her story, i sensed she cut it off early and turned around and went back to talking to her friends, im sure to wait until i leave to tell them about the guy who sniffs his own drawers.
