okay... except:
History of the Swastika Not that I think it's okay for people to be going around using it indiscriminately... but maybe it's possible there was a mixup at the factory? The little raised arm... there's a Japanese kitty figure that has that - it's a good luck charm...

Maneki Neko- the beckoning cat. Although, I have not seen other animals used in that fashion, I would not be surprised if some company did start some trend. Also, the "swatiska" is a common symbol here- only it is used to designate temples. Particularly on maps. The combination IS a bit odd, though... |
