Crossgates Mall has instituted a new "rating system" to help cut down on nefarious activities. It will be starting in July; the main aspect of this is that if you are 18 or younger & wish to go to the mall, you will need a parent or guardian with you.
Here's the entire story: http://www.newsday.com/news/local/wi...gion-apnewyork Personally, I think it's a bunch of bullshit. Back in my day (trying not to sound like an old fart, which I'm not), I used to go to area malls quite frequently to hang out. I know that if I'd ever run into some idiotic program like this, I would stop going to that particular mall. Now on the other side of the argument, I suppose it's to help people feel secure about visiting it. However, I have to think that there'll be negative repercussions (wtf is the correct spelling of that word?!?). :: shrugs ::
