I have a friend at work who's daughter went to a NIN concert a while back. She was in the mosh pit (Do they still call it that?) and some guy hit her and she turned around and hit him so hard she broke his collarbone.

on radio, you are allowed to say "nine inch nails" as long as it is not in reference to anything but the band.
You may not say "man, i would love to nine inch nail britney spears to her bedboard".
