Obviously you are not accustomed to California rents...that isn't bad at all. On 4 acres, private. At least they allow a pet...many don't at all.
You can't get close to a private place on a nice piece of property where I'm at in No. Cal./SF Bay Area for less than 800.00 a month, and lucky if they allow a pet.
