Simple pleasures
We should appreciate them.
A couple of my recent simple pleasures: 1) realising that last night, while hiring a DVD, I had not only bought a bar of chocolate and forgotten about it till tonight, but I'd also put it in the fridge so it now tastes LOVELY 2) my cat Mary, who every day when I get home from work, lies on her back in my living room because she wants her daily belly rub. She's sweet. |
