Update

I searched for my old thread, and it took forever, so I am starting a new one about me selling my house.

The house was listed Friday. The for sale sign went up Monday. And my open house is this Sunday. The pictures are being taken tomorrow.

The good news is, is that my real estate agent called me today, and told me there is one person that wants to see it Sunday. This person contacted her agent to contact mine. It is an open house so anyone can walk in.

The house is looking very good, If I do say so myself. New paint, new carpet, a few minor repairs.

It has been a bitch to get it ready, but I am satisfied. Although, I still run out to the garage to get the paint to do touch ups.

ARRRGGGH. And the garage is some what of a mess. I am going to work on that Saturday before the open house. I clean out the damn thing, and then I am putting more stuff in it to throw away. My agent told me not to worry too much about the garage because people will understand about trying to tidy up.

Once the pictures are on line, I will post the link, if anyone is interested.
