OK...is this rude or what?

I'm at work. There is a lady in another department who will not follow directions. We have this "posting process" to get information onto our company's "intranet." She sends it to me, via link, I edit the information, send it back to her and then SHE posts it. I can not post. I can edit, approve or decline, but not post.

She knows this. BUT, she forgets. How she can forget something that is like, one of her main responsibilities, I don't know. She's not crazy. She's not senile. She doesn't appear to be stupid.

So today, she FORGOT to post something I edited for her on Monday. So, she copies a crapload of people (probably all people who jumped her sh*t for not posting it) in an e-mail that she sends to me, asking "what the problem is."

Did I copy everyone in my reply? Yep.

Did I explain exactly what the problem is? Yep. Its her, and I came right out and said it. And I only did it because she was trying to make it look like I hadn't done my job.

Does this happen to anyone else out there? I am so frustrated, I could bite my desk...
