That is the cardinal sin for marmite eaters!! It really really upsets me when that happens... use a clean knife for fvcks sake!

Bovril is a MUCH better option.
Tastes very similar, but not quite as strong.
Plus you can make a drink out of it (great for when you're ill - it's good for you)
The jar isn't as pretty though

i'm halfway through the big jar i just got in england.


i hear you can get it in buckets nowadays.
