What makes it fun?

I'm back from vacation!

And because I felt I needed a lift, being back to work and all, I ordered Chinese food for lunch.

So my question is, what makes "vegetable mei fun" fun?

Apparently I am a dumb @ss. It means rice noodles.

I did have fun eating it, though, I guess...

There is a pu-pu platter on the menu, too! But I felt the need to order up some fun.

Besides, I simply can't bring myself to order and eat pu-pu. Although one of the neighbor kids ate doggie poo. (We didn't really like playing with her...bad breath, you know...)

I just saw something about this the other day. Maybe true..maybe myth.

Seems an emperor demanded his usual dumplings, which are steamed. The cook got distracted and the dumplings got crisper than they should and stuck to the bottom of the pan. Instead of admitting his mistake, the cook presented the dumplings as a new dish, dubbed " Potstickers".

Which, FYI..if you go drinking with my good friend D. and crave Chinese..she will order you "Potlickers". I found this out the hard way.
