My mom is a teacher and is teaching cellular biology right now. They have a computer but they havent hooked up internet on it yet. It is kind of a poor catholic school she teaches at.

Anyways, I found this video and she wants to show it to her class.

Can anyone figure out how to extract the movie and save it so she can burn it on a cd?
