What’s the one characteristic you know you inherited from your dad?
His thoughtfulness. I’m thankful for it.

What’s one characteristic you’ve actively avoided growing into?
His tendency to be a hermit.  I’m fighting it to this day.

What’s one characteristic your dad has that you wish you had too?
He’s so much handier than I am. He’s like a black MacGyver.

When do you find yourself acting like him?
I worry way too much about my own kids, as he does.

My father frets too much, I fret too much, and my now five-year-old son frets way more than a five-year-old should. I’m fretting just thinking about it.
