I don't have very much money, but I really want a plaque. how large can you make the the plaque? can you turn anything into a plaque? in the future, if I want to get the plaque itself laminated and put on a plaque do I have to pay the same amount? or is it more like an upgrade? all the best ze --------------- On 6/26/06 12:11 PM, "glen ashley" <glenroyashley@msn.com> wrote: The cost is $129 for this article. That includes shipping and handling. The cost of the plaques depend on the size of the print. The size for this plaque is the actual article plus 1&1/2 inches around the border. We can enlarge if you so desire. I will also put an engraved plate on the bottom. I can turn almost anything into a plaque including pictures and documents. As for your last question, the plaque can not be turned into another plaque. However, the original article can be added to another and turned into another plaque. The article is mounted on 3/4 inch hardwood. Ninety percent of our plaques are mahogany with gold trim and a gold beveled edge. The second most popular is black with gold. It takes 3 to 4 weeks for you to recieve after you place the order. We accept Visa/MC and Anerican Express. Call me and I will get one ordered for you today. I'd hate to be in a bind later on. If this is not possible, can you recommend any other company that would provide this service ASAP? --------------- On 6/26/06 12:20 PM, "glen ashley" <glenroyashley@msn.com> wrote: I don't fully understand what you are trying to accomplish? I understand. could we mount one plaque on the back of the other and laminate both together? I'm just worried about one breaking, and not being able to find the other one. --------------- From: glen ashley <glenroyashley@msn.com> Date: Mon, 26 Jun 2006 12:49:26 -0400 To: <ze@zefrank.com> Subject: Re: Laminated Plaque,New York Times Article They are thick and sturdy and will outlast you and I. If you ever lost one , we can obtain another article from the new york times archives and make a new plaque. I have never put two plaques together and attached. I don't think that it would hang very well from the wall. Alot of plaques are made of 1/2 inch wood. We use 3/4 inch hardwood. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the finished product I will give you a 100% refund. We have been making plaques for 25 years. You will absolutely love the plaque when you receive it and will admire it for the rest of your life. I assume you won't implement this until after our transaction is complete. I'll most likely just take 4 - I usually don't take advantage when I see things like this. --------------- On 6/26/06 2:03 PM, "glen ashley" <glenroyashley@msn.com> wrote: each plaque is $129. I don't mind that you use my idea, but this seems a bit unjust considering you had quoted me $129 and clearly stated that this potentially includes multiple plaques. lets just call it even and I'll take 2 plaques of a wall street journal version of the NYTimes article, mounted back to back for $129. is there a lifetime guarantee on this?
